Credit Union Impact Grants
For decades, credit unions have played a meaningful role in strengthening our community and supporting the local economy in Golden and the Columbia Valley. Building on that legacy, the Credit Union Legacy Fund was established by the former Columbia Valley Credit Union, which became Kootenay Savings Credit Union on January 1, 2026.
Through this Fund, grants will support non-profit organizations in Golden and Area A helping local groups do what they do best: care for people, build connections, and create lasting positive change in our community.
Each year approximately $50,000 is available to support our community.
