CANTLE GRANT PROGRAM

The Cantle Grant Program was developed in 2021 to increase access to arts in Golden and Area A. Originally it sought to support individual artistic pursuits but adjusted in 2023 to bolster arts educators and facilitators.

Currently the grant accepts any project application related to the arts that serves Golden and Area A. Funds from this grant can be used to cover participant expenses, facilitated workshops, art(s) supplies, or large equipment.

This award is funded by the interest earned on the Cantle Family Fund.

There is $1,770 available in 2024.

Applications are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis. Check out the list below for eligible arts projects - please reach out if you don’t see yours listed here. We’re open to alternative projects labelled arts.

Eligibility:

- must serve Golden and Area A

- must be related to the arts

- applicant must be aged 12 or older
